At Frozen Reptile Food, we specialise in supplying high-quality, freshly frozen reptile food with convenient local pickup and delivery options.
Local Delivery
We offer local delivery within selected areas. Delivery days and times will be arranged upon confirmation of your order. A minimum order value may apply for delivery and will be advised when your order is placed.
Orders are delivered directly to the customer or an authorised recipient. We do not leave frozen products unattended unless specifically requested by the customer.
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive the order at the agreed delivery time. If delivery cannot be completed due to the customer being unavailable, a redelivery fee may apply.
Deliver and Inspection
Customers are encouraged to inspect their order upon delivery to ensure it has been received in good condition and matches the items ordered.
If you believe you have received an incorrect, damaged, or faulty item, please contact us as soon as possible and no later than 24 hours after delivery. To assist with our assessment, please provide:

Once your order is ready, we will contact you to arrange a suitable pickup time. Please ensure prompt collection to maintain the quality and integrity of the frozen products.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of frozen reptile food, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases.
However, if an item is supplied incorrectly, arrives damaged, is faulty, or does not meet applicable consumer guarantees, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery so we can assess the issue.
Where appropriate, Frozen Reptile Food may offer one of the following remedies:

Refund
Any approved refund will be processed back to the original payment method used for the purchase.
